Pacific Southern Railway to Host Summer Train Fest in Rocky Hill

Pacific Southern Railway of Rocky Hill will hold its first Summer Train Fest to celebrate the beginning of summer on Saturday, June 20. The model railway club's “chief marketing officer” James Murray says, “The event will feature all sorts of fun activities for families and fans.”
Murray, also known as “Murr” from the TBS show “Impractical Jokers” and his wife Melyssa own the PS’ home, will be there to greet those attending.
Murray notes, “The highlight of the event will be a tour of the iconic 5,000-square-foot Pacific Southern Railway train museum, one of America’s longest running non-profit model railroads.” In addition, there will be balloon animals; face painting; the band New Sound City; and Marisol’s Kitchen food truck.
Proceeds will support Rocky Hill’s First Aid & Rescue Squad and Fire Department.
